Joel is a highly sought-after speaker and agricultural advisor; he recently served in an advisory capacity to Charles, Prince of Wales. He co-hosts the Beyond Labels podcast with Dr. Sina McCullough.

She earned a PhD in Nutrition and a B.S. in Neurobiology, Physiology and Behavior with a minor in Exercise Physiology from the University of California at Davis. She taught Biochemistry and Bioenergetics at U.C. Davis. As the Director of Research and Development for a nutraceutical company, she formulated supplements and led a research team of scientists and engineers.
Dr. McCullough nearly died from an autoimmune disease; however, through the grace of God, she fully heal without the use of medication. Now she is dedicated to helping others find their second chance.
Her greatest joy is homeschooling her three children.
